Understanding Our Services

At Trinity Autism Services, we provide individualized ABA services designed to support meaningful progress and help each child develop skills that promote greater independence and success in everyday life. This page provides an overview of the most common ABA services we offer and the CPT codes typically associated with those services.

These services are typically funded through insurance; however, coverage and reimbursement are specific to each individual’s insurance plan, benefits, authorization requirements, and contracted reimbursement rates. Deductibles, copays, coinsurance, and other out-of-pocket responsibilities may vary by plan, and authorization of services does not guarantee payment. For families interested in private-pay services, we invite you to complete the form below to request a detailed overview of our private-pay options and rates.

Payment Options

1

Insurance

Many families access ABA services through their health insurance. Coverage, authorization requirements, deductibles, copays, and other out-of-pocket costs vary by plan. Trinity can help families understand the insurance process and navigate the steps needed to begin services.

2

Private Pay

Families may choose to pay privately for ABA services rather than use insurance. Private-pay services can provide an alternative for families whose insurance does not cover ABA or who are looking for additional flexibility. Contact us below to learn more about our private-pay options and rates!

3

Funding Options

Some families may qualify for additional programs or funding resources that can help support the cost of services. Eligibility and available funding vary based on the individual child and program requirements. Trinity can help families explore potential funding options and determine what may be available to them.
